Here is my Cherrywood Grab Bag challenge quilt - with 1 hour to spare until the deadline! I was happy to receive my BOGO grab bag from Cherrywood and wanted to try my new Li'l Twister ruler to make this quilt. Things were proceeding nicely and I was sure I'd be done well in advance of the 8/31 deadline, when along came hurricane Irene. Well, the power outage really put a crimp in my best-laid plans, and hence the name of this quilt - Li'l Irene. I enjoyed working with your fabric so much, the colors are wonderful and have a much richer visual texture than ordinary solids. Thanks for the opportunity to enter your contest!
